CLIENT AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting this agreement, I acknowledge that Idea Concept Studios provides concept development, creative design, research, planning, prototyping assistance, digital development, and related creative services based on the service or package I select.
I understand that Idea Concept Studios does not guarantee that my idea, invention, product, application, business concept, or other project will receive a patent, trademark, copyright, investment, funding, market acceptance, sales, profits, or commercial success.
I understand that project pricing is based on the agreed scope of work. Requests for additional features, revisions, services, or work outside the original scope may require additional fees and my approval before that additional work begins.
I understand that project timelines are estimates and may change because of revisions, technical requirements, third-party services, client response times, or changes to the project's scope.
I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate information and for confirming that I have the right to provide any names, images, logos, documents, concepts, or other materials I submit to Idea Concept Studios for use in my project.
Idea Concept Studios will treat information provided for my project with professional care. I understand, however, that this agreement is not a substitute for a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when one is required.
I understand that Idea Concept Studios is not a law firm and does not provide legal, patent, trademark, tax, investment, or financial advice. When professional advice or formal intellectual-property protection is needed, I am responsible for consulting the appropriate licensed professional.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
